- Payment must be made in full before I begin a commission.
- Payment plans can be arranged upon request.
- Online, I accept payment through paypal invoices only. In person, cash is also acceptable.
- Your invoice is good for 30 days (assuming we have not arranged a payment plan). After that, your commission will be cancelled, and you will need to contact me for a new invoice; if this happens, you will lose your place in my queue, and your quote price may change.
- I accept tips via ko-fi.Commission Content
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
- You must be 18+ to order mature artwork from me (this includes "artistic" nudity, and suggestive themes). You may be asked to provide proof of age.
- Minors must order commissions through a parent or guardian.Deadlines and Turnaround Time
- I aim to have all commissions completed within 4 weeks. I will notify you in the event of a longer than expected turnaround time.
- If you need your commission by a particular date, please let me know in the designated question on my request form. This may incur an additional rush fee.File Resolution
- If you need your commission to be a particular size (e.g., if you plan to print it onto a poster) please let me know ahead of time so I can ensure your image is sufficiently large.
- Depending on the size you need, this may cost extra.Revisions and Client Approval
- For all commission types EXCEPT "Quick Icons," I will show you a progress sketch so you can request changes to the pose/expression before completion.
- Up to three (3) minor edits are free.
- Time consuming edits may incur additional cost.Cancellations and Refunds
- If you need to cancel your commission, I will refund the percentage of the commission that I have not yet finished; i.e., if I have only completed the sketch I will refund most of the cost, but if the commission is already finished you will not receive a refund at all.
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason.
- In the event of cancelling a commission on my end, you will receive a full refund.Redistribution and Privacy
- I retain copyright to all images I produce. This means I can display your commission on any of my art or social media websites.
- If your commission is a gift, I am willing to delay publishing until the appropriate time free of cost.
- For fully private commissions I charge an additional $30 CAD fee.
- You may re-post your commission on any website so long as credit is explicitly provided, in the form of a link to one of my art profiles, or to this website.
- You do NOT have the right to use your commission for profit (for example, printing your commission on T-shirts which you intend to sell, or selling it as an NFT).
- You may NOT alter or resell your commission (except for custom designs--see below).
- If you want to use your commission for profit, you may purchase the copyright from me. Contact me via email and we can discuss pricing.Custom Designs
- If you purchase a custom design from me, you may resell it, but NOT for more than the original price (unless you have included additional artwork to increase the value).
- When you are advertising for resale, I must be credited as the original creator of the design.
- Custom designs may be altered as you see fit.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to ALL of the above terms of service, so please read them carefully. Thanks for your business!❤
